Troubleshooting
App won't record audio
- 1.Check that you've granted microphone permission in your device settings.
- 2.Close and reopen the app.
- 3.Restart your device if the issue persists.
- 4.On iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone → enable NoteFlow AI.
Processing is taking too long
- 1.AI processing normally takes 10–30 seconds.
- 2.Check your internet connection — a stable Wi-Fi connection speeds things up.
- 3.If it's been over 2 minutes, cancel and try recording again.
- 4.Try a shorter recording (under 30 seconds) to test.
Notes don't match the song I recorded
- 1.Ensure background noise was minimal during recording.
- 2.Try recording just the melody line (single notes, not chords).
- 3.Avoid recording through speakers at very high volume — distortion reduces accuracy.
- 4.Our AI works best with piano, guitar, or vocal melodies.
App crashes or freezes
- 1.Force-close and reopen the app.
- 2.Ensure your app is updated to the latest version.
- 3.Free up device storage — the app needs at least 100MB free.
- 4.Contact support if crashes persist after these steps.
